According to Aura, special edition, December 2012, spending time to write (a) journal(s) can increase the function of our brain as well as the skill in solving problems up to 20%. Channeling our feeling through writing in books or blogs can decrease 'ansietas' which blocks the functions of hippocampus and the frontal lobes of brain.
