PNS and honorer

in a worksplace..when we are only a staff, we will have several bosses., even our customers. we should do our best in doing our job. it is always easy to do our own job. it is always easy to do other staff' job. but..when we have to do ours and others-who are not responsible for their own, we will have more time and not best result for both. the bosses are happy when their staffs do their jobs. well, i have this co-worker. he is far much older and a PNS. he doesn't do his stuff good. 'escape" in workhours, chatting with other staffs outside the office, or some other unimportant-to-do activities. i sometimes lose my focus and need more time to do my own. it is like he gets "gaji buta". a PNS and doesnt do his easy job!
